Membership to the Geneva Energy Forum offers access to exclusive conferences and seminars, a platform for effective networking, as well as industry exposure.

Membership Year

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December.

 

Membership Categories

The Geneva Energy Forum offers three membership types:

1. Individual: Open to professionals working in the energy industry. All applicants must be nominated by two current Members, and approved by the Executive Commitee.
There are two options:

– Annual Prepayement: CHF800 for all the events organised by the GEF during the year (note: non-attendance is not reimbursed and pro-rata temporis does not apply)

– Pay-As-You-Go: CHF240 annual fee (pro-rata temporis) plus CHF110 for each conference over lunch/dinner, and CHF50 per networking seminar

2. Academic: academic institution can send one Delegate to any GEF events

– Annual Prepayement: CHF800 for all the events during the year (note: non-attendance is not reimbursed; pro-rata temporis does not apply)

3. Corporate: reserved for registered organisations such as companies, associations, and NGOs. Corporate members can send any senior member of staff as a Delegate, or a senior business associate as a Guest, to any event. Delegates and Guest do not hold Member status and need not be the same person for all events.

– One seat: CHF1,400

– Two seats: CHF2,600

– Three seats or more: CHF1,100 per person

 

 

Guests: all membership categories may invite guests. Each guest’s attendance is limited to one event per year

– CHF 110 per guest for conferences over luncheon/dinner

– CHF 50 per guest for networking seminars

The GEF aims to organise eight conferences and two networking seminars each calendar year. Fees are structured

to achieve annual break-even annually while ensuring participation is attractive. Please note that all event fees are indicative,
as they depend on actual costs and may be subject to change
