- Registrant represents that neither Registrant nor Registrant’s employer, nor any of the employees, directors or corporate officers of either Registrant’s employer or such employer’s affiliates, is the subject of any sanctions
- At its sole discretion, the GEF reserves the right to preclude or suspend attendance of Registrants at its conferences or events
